Simplest Form of Meditation

Simplest Form of MeditationLearning to live in moment is the simplest form of meditation. Unfortunately given the noise and complexity of the modern world, living in the moment is hard to do. I encourage my readers to live in the moment by continually paying attention to the energy their unconscious primitive ego is sending into the universe. More often than we would like, the energy from our primitive ego is negative even though our conscious intention is to be compassionate.

When we learn to simply pay attention to the actual energy we are manifesting we will find ourselves almost effortlessly moving toward compassion and deeper enlightenment.
