It is simply a way of thinking, a pattern of thought, a collection of old habits, old emotional issues…a primitive, childhood mental process that is entirely under our control. We can change. We can evolve. We can find happiness and success. We can learn to love and manifest compassion. We can create healthy relationships with those around us. Together, we can change world.

Stonyhill was founded to explore and advance our understanding of Primitive Ego Psychology to speak to the growing spiritual hunger we see emerging in the world……to develop a psychological and spiritual language that every human being could use to grow psychologically and spiritually regardless of
